Through ancient Indigenous wisdom and the beauty of sharing and interaction, great personal inner growth, empowerment and transformation can be realized. This retreat is about the power of balance, humility, giving and interdependence. Held in the most sacred, beautiful locations with plenty of space for quiet, you will find yourself slowing down, relaxing, and reconnecting with Spirit. John Two-Hawks will share, teach and even present an evening concert, but the 'Mending Medicine Retreat' is not about Mr. Two-Hawks, it's about you.... ....and Spirit. Open to up to 36 People  |

artist, a writer, an entrepreneur or a college student, creating is the way that the soul can make a connection to the outside world. The Creative Expression Retreat replaces the 'Artist's Retreat' because we see that all people have a need to experience this creative force that is the essence of making life worth living. This retreat is set up to help us to appreciate those things that, in this western society, are sometimes thought of as 'less valuable', but are really the seeds of peace, love and joy. Nature lovers, business visionaries, thought explorers, dream catchers, entrepreneurial spirits, vision dancers and lovers of the wind, you are all invited to explore your creative potential. Bring ideas, dreams, art, jokes, stories, music and an open mind, and be prepared to express the creativity that is you!  |

Years and experience prepare us for the second season of our lives.
This season can be full of vision and purpose and most importantly, fun! We are born anew, freed from the stress and pressures we as women have often allowed others to put on us, and we are ready to take flight to discover our own center. This is a time to start over and realize the original dreams and hopes we had for our lives. We will spend the weekend sharing, laughing and learning new strategies to love and nurture our inner child, who is finally ready to come out and play. The work day is done and now it is time to find out who we are outside the shadow of the expectations of others. Open to up to 10 women |
 Retreat Description This Retreat is a time for men to
look within for the true definition
Open to up to 10 menand meaning of masculinity, and rediscover what it truly means to be a man. In a very casual, relaxed environment, we will explore those traits, perceptions and responses that are uniquely masculine, and how these male characteristics shape the way we see the world we live in. We will discuss the importance of the warrior inside, what strength really means to a man, and what it means to really be a man of honor, and many other topics and issues of great importance to us as men. We will have an enjoyable time sharing, learning and laughing. We begin life as boys and end up as men. Let us honor that journey.  |
